For years, Too Hot Mamas has been more than just a boutique. It has been a place where women of all ages and sizes can walk through the doors and feel confident, welcomed, and celebrated exactly as they are. Located in Gulf Shores at 3757 Gulf Shores Parkway, Too Hot Mamas has become known across the Gulf Coast for its inclusive approach to fashion and its philosophy of fashion for EVERY•BODY.
Now, the beloved boutique is stepping into a vibrant new chapter through a creative partnership with local artist and designer Renee Vandevere, founder of Queen Beach.
Owners Brenda Stone and Cindy Stone have built Too Hot Mamas around the belief that style should be accessible, uplifting, and fun for everyone. The boutique carries sizes extra small through 4X and has become especially known for its year-round swimwear collections designed for every body type. In addition to women’s fashion, Too Hot Mamas also offers menswear, shoes, accessories, gifts, and lifestyle pieces that reflect the boutique’s colorful and welcoming personality.
That same spirit of creativity and individuality made Vandevere a natural fit.
Known for her colorful hand-painted jackets, custom hats, wearable art, and coastal-inspired designs, Vandevere has built a loyal following through Queen Beach by creating one-of-a-kind pieces that blend fashion with artistic expression.
But according to the owners, this partnership is about much more than simply bringing another artist into the boutique.
“This felt natural from the very beginning,” the owners shared. “Renee’s creativity, energy, and passion fit perfectly with the atmosphere of Too Hot Mamas. This partnership goes beyond retail. It’s a collaboration between creativity, fashion, and community”.
Customers visiting the boutique will now not only be able to shop Vandevere’s original creations but also experience her artistry firsthand as she becomes part of the creative atmosphere inside the store.
For Vandevere, the partnership represents finding a creative home where artistry, color, and confidence all come together.
“Too Hot Mamas understands women,” Vandevere said. “They understand individuality and making people feel good about themselves. My artwork is all about joy, expression, confidence, and creating a great day for every woman who walks through the door, so this truly feels like a match made in color.”
The boutique says customers can expect future collaborations, custom wearable art pieces, special events, and exciting new creative projects ahead.
In a world where fashion can often feel exclusive, Too Hot Mamas continues to prove that style belongs to everyone and now, with the addition of Renee Vandevere and Queen Beach, that message is becoming even more colorful.
